Small-Group Coaching
Students have space to ask questions, reflect, and connect with mentors who help them identify next steps.
At the Mariano Rivera Save 653 Foundation, our work is dedicated to providing children from impoverished families with life skills that will set them on the path to a brighter future.
Founded in 1998 by Mariano and Clara Rivera, the foundation strengthens communities through mentorship, education, life skills, and vocational training.
We envision students confidently moving beyond circumstance with the support, preparation, and relationships they need to create a better life.
Each program is built to connect young people with caring adults, practical experiences, and clear next steps.
The Save 653 Mentorship Program includes life-skills workshops, one-on-one coaching, and career exploration opportunities in digital and print media, culinary arts, and first responder fields.
Students are prepared for college and empowered to enter the workforce with confidence, practical skills, and determination.
